Refund Policy
Hands on and Online Cake Classes
We have a 24 hour refund policy when purchasing classes. You are eligible for a refund up to 24 hours after purchasing the class.

After 24 hours, a 50% refund will be issued if you wish to cancel. All cancellations/ reschedules require 2 weeks notice. Your refund will be forfeited if you cancel or reschedule less than 2 weeks before the start of the class.

Cake supplies and apparel
When purchasing cake supplies or apparel, we have a 7 day return policy. You have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

In order to receive a refund or replacement, you must first have your receipt to show proof of purchase. Your item must be in the same condition that it was received. This means that the product must be unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

Upon approval, well send you a return shipping label along with instructions on how to ship your package. Items sent back without approval with not be accepted. Please notify us if you would like a replacement for the returned product. Returns can either qualify for a refund or a replacement.
Refunds
Once we have inspected the product, we will inform you if the return is approved or not. Upon approval, we will issue a refund to your original payment method. Please check with your bank to verify the processing times for refunds.

Damages and Discrepancies
Please inspect you order upon arrival. If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us immediately.

Non Refundable Items
Perishable goods such as food cannot be returned. Customs orders such as Cakes and cookies personalized or made special for a specific person or event cannot be returned or refunded.
